A company needs a lost shipment claim when the shipment is lost during Transit
Add the company name, Tracking Number, Shipped date, Lost Date, and Yes/No if shipment was insure (can find in shippo) to Lost shipments Shippo Shipsurance excel Sheet
In the Claim Process page in the excel sheet, Click the link (https://www.dsiins.com/extclaims/Default.asp?cid=shippo) to start a claim

4. Copy the claim number given to you
5. Paste the claim number into the designated column on the excel sheet
6. To track the claim, go to this link under the claim process in the lost shipments excel sheet (http://www.dsiins.com/claimstatus/?cid=shippo)
7. Paste the claim number into the designated field and select “retrieve claim status”
8. Scroll down and attach a document called “Proof Of Value” under the shippo claims folder
9. In the description write "Payee = Orion Fleet Intelligence
